CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELING 48 HOURS FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT
Cancellations within less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment start time will be charged 30% of the service booked.
Please cancel your schedule by phone call during the business hour only. Cancellation via email and SNS messaging will not be accepted.
NO CALL/ NO SHOW APPOINTMENT
All no call/ no show appointment will be charged 50% of the service booked.
LATE POLICY
If you’re 15 minutes past your appointment start time, we may need to switch your service booked to a shorter service, put you first in line for the next opening, or reschedule you for another time. if you’re running late, please give us a call
RETURN POLICY
If your experience was short of perfect, please reach out to us within 2 weeks from your hair service. we do not refund services, but it’s important to us that you are 100% satisfied.
We would like to share important COVID-19 guidelines for your upcoming salon visit-
Please come alone (1 parent per child)
Please wait outside- We will call you when your hairstylist is ready for you.
Please wear a face mask- No mask, No service. If you have a color service, please bring an extra mask.
Temperature check- We will be checking your temperature upon your arrival. Anyone with a temperature over 100.4 degree will politely be asked to reschedule the appointment.
After service- Leave immediately for your safety.
We do not offer drinks during this time- Please do not bring any food or drink inside.
